I'm Californian, born and bred. And almost every weekend that I'm out and about camping and climbing I'm continually amazed by the sheer wealth of world-class areas a short drive from my doorway – Pinnacles, Bishop and the Eastern Sierras, the coastline, the redwoods, Tahoe, and Yosemite (of course). There's a lot about the Golden State to be proud of ... and photograph!
